Legality is only a corporate contract, given force of law if you consent & the contract meets the terms and conditions for a Valid Contract! They use Legalese not English, so you have no idea what you signed, No one explained Birth Certificates strip you of rights, make you owned property as a corporation, owned and traded on stock exchanges by others. 

Equals Record Ownership, they never Register, Submit or Apply as that is to beg, equals make offers, via valid contract, they do not beg!

Nor do they register away title of their own property, they record competent title.
